▾ Why does a professionally designed logo and brand cost more than $50?

There’s always a friend of a friend who can do the job cheaper! And unless they’re industry qualified and experienced, you’re usually going to get what you pay for.

Here at Ivory Edit, we are industry qualified and we have the experience to help guide you through the process and achieve the best outcome for your business.

▾ How and when do I pay?

A 50% booking fee is required prior to starting your project. The remainder of the balance is due upon completion of work and before final artwork is received.

▾ How will I receive my project once it’s finished?

Once full payment has been made we will supply the electronic files to you via a simple to download online file. For printed files, we’ll deliver them straight to your door!

▾ Do you outsource any work?

All design, branding and website work is completed within Ivory Edit.

▾ Are there any ongoing costs I should expect?

We build all our websites in Squarespace, so there'll be a yearly hosting fee that is payable to Squarespace. Websites not your thing? Ivory Edit can manage and help you with this also.

▾ Why do you build in Squarespace?

After some detailed research and testing, we found Squarespace simply offers a better product in terms of design and ease of use for our customers.

You don’t need a degree in software engineering to manage your site once it’s built, it’s much more user friendly.

▾ I’ve never worked with Ivory Edit before, what do I need to know?

The most important thing you need to know is that we know what we are doing!

Liz is a qualified graphic designer (University of Ballarat) with over 10 years experience in the indsutry, specialising in logo and brand development, web design and marketing.

She has created beautiful designs and logos for businesses in allied health, beauty, catering, real estate and fitness – plus more.

▾ Do you offer refunds?

We are able to refund any money paid to us up and until the consultation session takes place.

If you cancel the agreement after that, we will refund based on the percentage of work completed up to that stage.

If we have completed to draft this will result in no refund for the work completed.

▾ What happens if for some reason, I can’t pay the final installment?

We are more than happy to keep the deliverables and collateral created as part of your project active until you are able to transfer the final amount. That is, we won’t delete it!
