Our Process
Step 01.
Discovery & Deep Dive
Getting to know you.
We’ll jump on a free, no obligation call to discuss what you are looking for and find a great time to schedule your project in. If it’s a YES;
You sign the agreement, pay a deposit, sending us any info we’ll need to start getting to know your business
We’ll meet, in person or online (cafes are our fave option!). Our goal is to get to know you and understand your business in more depth. This guides us towards how we can capture your unique style and vibe.
Step 02.
Design & Draft.
We get to work.
Once the important details have been taken care of, the fun part begins… The design!
After some research and development, we’ll present you with some concepts for your thoughts and alterations.
Don’t hold back here. It’s your chance to love it or leave it.
Here is where you ask any questions and request changes.
We then edit the concept based on your comments until we have a unique design that is 100% you and yours.
Step 03.
Delivery & Handover.
The final phase.
Once everything has been approved, and the final deposit has been paid, it’s time for you to launch!
We’ll supply all the relevant files in a simple to download online file.
If you’ve ordered items for print through us, then we’ll organise it all and have it delivered straight to your door.
It’s yours now!
